Responsibilities

• Open the kitchen daily.

• Manage and execute daily prep lists.

• Place vendor orders and manage inventory.

• Expedite and cook on the line as needed.

• Maintain food quality & kitchen cleanliness

Requirements

• Proven Kitchen Manager experience in a high volume restaurant.

• Strong leadership and direct communication skills.

• Highly organized with ordering and inventory.

• Flexible schedule availability.
