Responsibilities
- Open the kitchen daily.
- Manage and execute daily prep lists.
- Place vendor orders and manage inventory.
- Expedite and cook on the line as needed.
- Maintain food quality & kitchen cleanliness
Requirements
- Proven Kitchen Manager experience in a high volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and direct communication skills.
- Highly organized with ordering and inventory.
- Flexible schedule availability.
