Kitchen Manager Needed

We are looking for a strong, disciplined, and experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead operations for an upscale Persian kabob restaurant focused on high-quality execution, consistency, hospitality, and growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, and highly efficient kitchen. We are looking for an operator who understands how to lead a team, manage costs, maintain quality standards, and thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

Experience with Persian cuisine, live-fire cooking, kabobs, rice cookery, and high-volume kitchens is highly preferred.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

-Managing all daily back-of-house operations

-Overseeing kitchen cleanliness, organization, and workflow efficiency

-Managing ordering, inventory, and food cost controls

-Maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items

-Overseeing kabob/grill station execution and live-fire cooking

-Managing prep systems, pars, and kitchen organization

-Training and developing kitchen staff

-Creating systems that improve speed, consistency, and profitability

-Maintaining professionalism and discipline during service

-Coordinating communication between front and back of house

-Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met

What We’re Looking For

-Previous Kitchen Manager or strong Sous Chef experience

-Ability to lead a kitchen with confidence and accountability

-Strong understanding of inventory, ordering, and food cost management

-High standards for cleanliness and organization

-Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment

-Strong communication and leadership skills

-Experience with upscale, high-volume, or live-fire kitchens preferred

-Persian cuisine experience is a major plus

-Proficiency in Spanish a plus

Compensation & Growth

-$25/hour during a 60-day probationary period
