- Dress code- wears uniform as prescribed by company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience required in fast-paced culinary environment
- Ability to produce a High Volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and according to the standards
- Flexibility to work long hours, holidays, and weekends
- NYC Food Protection certificate a plus
