Rulin is a new Modern Chinese Restaurant with a focus on elevating Chinese food. Executive Chef Lane is looking for someone who is as passionate about food as she is. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic line cooks, prep cooks, oyster shuckers, dishwashers, and porters with a passion for food, strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
Applicants will have great attention to detail and high standards of excellence. We are looking for people who are eager to learn and build their skills in the kitchen. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication and organization skills, who is able to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Job Requirements
- 4+ years of culinary / food and beverage line position in a high-volume restaurant
- Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
- Ability to work in a team environment and take feedback well
- Maintain safe, sanitary and organized work stations
- Lift and carry 30+ pounds
- Ability to work long hours standing, shifts will last up to 10 hours
Key Qualifications Include
-Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred but not necessary
-Positive attitude, collaborative and detail oriented.
-Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards.
