A new local and sustainable seafood-focused restaurant on the waterfront in Domino Park is looking for experienced and talented line cooks to join our opening team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with beautiful, seasonal ingredients, while being part of a successful, respectful, exciting team.
What you'll do
-prep and menu items, before and during service
-keep a clean, organized station
-work closely with chefs to maintain a smooth service
-follow food safety and standards
What we are looking for
-2+ years line cook experience
-ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy shifts
- reliable, team-oriented attitude
-someone who enjoys cooking and learning!
