Line Cook – The Elbow Room at Holiday Lanes (Lakewood, CO)

Full-Time / Part-Time

We’re a locally owned bowling center and restaurant looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Elbow Room has been a staple in the community for over 40 years, and we take pride in serving great food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

-Cook and plate menu items consistently and efficiently

-Handle prep work and help put away food orders

-Keep your station clean and organized

-Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

-Work as part of a team and jump in where needed

What We’re Looking For

-1–2+ years line cook experience

-Breakfast and lunch/dinner experience

-Comfortable with flat top, grill, fryer, broiler, etc.

-Dependable, hardworking, and able to handle pressure

-Must be available days, nights, and weekends
