Line Cook/Prep Cook

Overview

We are Looking for EXPERIENCED Burger Cook, Fry Cooks and Prep Cooks. The position will be TIPPED!!!

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing kitchen surfaces

Follow all food safety protocols, handling food properly to prevent contamination and ensure freshness

Assist with catering orders and special event setups as needed

Ensure proper storage of food items and monitor inventory levels to minimize waste

Requirements

Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen sanitation standards

Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills

Familiarity with restaurant or food service environments, including meal preparation and serving processes

Strong understanding of culinary practices within the food industry or catering settings

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
