Key Responsibilities

• Execute dishes consistently and accurately to spec

• Follow all kitchen systems, prep lists, and station setups

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times

• Work efficiently during high-volume service without sacrificing quality

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and leadership

• Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook experience preferred

• Strong ability to follow systems, recipes, and procedures exactly

• High attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
