Responsibilities Efficiently preparing stations to ensure a successful brunch/dinner service Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members Performs inventory assessments and communicates to chef efficiently Maintains a positive and professional approach with colleagues

Qualifications 2+ years of cooking experience Entry level knife skills Available evenings and weekends Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts standing Safe Food Handlers is an asset
