Esme is a new French-inspired neighborhood bistro opening on Divisadero.
Small team, focused menu, thoughtful service—we’re building a kitchen where people truly care about the food and the way we work.
Compensation
$35–$40/hour total expected earnings (19.61base + tip pool)
Tip pool is consistent and meaningful
Paid bi-weekly
The Role
Work a focused, seasonal menu rooted in French technique
Small, tight kitchen team
Real involvement in prep, execution, and standards
Clean, organized, professional environment
Schedule
Dinner service (approx. 5–9pm service window, shift times will be from around 3:00 to 11:00)
4–5 shifts per week
Predictable scheduling — we respect your time
