Line & Prep Cook

Cafe Skye (www.cafeskyenyc.com) is a neighborhood bar with two locations in Lower Manhattan (Lower East Side and East Village). We are seeking kitchen staff for an immediate start with fundamental kitchen skills, scheduling flexibility and a clear willingness to take on a variety of tasks necessary to successfully navigate an intimate kitchen space and an all-hands-on operation. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to fulfilling needs of menu prep and execution, organizing, stocking and clean up.

The role presents the opportunity to join a growing operation, including working at both locations. Applicants with New York Food Handler's license will be prioritized.
