Lunch Cook

Port Sailing School is seeking a lunch cook for our camp program (Junior Sailing Program). This is a preset menu preparing one item per day. The school lunch menu is simple. Approximately 22 people eating lunch. Camp starts end of June running for 8 weeks. Hours 10- 3 pm weekdays. Located at Echo Bay Yacht Club. Candidate must work independently. You will be working on an island (Echo Island). You and all provisions will be delievered by boat out to the island daily. Campers help out with cleaning by busing dishes.

Full kitchen, fryer, ovens, dishwashers etc. Must have prior experience and NY State food handler certification.
