Pera Mediterranean Brasserie is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality manager to take responsibility and assist in the daily operations of our casual upscale restaurant, with responsibilities in the following areas:
- staff management and morale, including hiring and training
- guest relations
- supervise bar and service operations
- lead by example
- identify opportunities for improvement and quality control
- facility upkeep and maintenance
- inventory
- Closing and reconciliation (evening shifts)
Minimum 4 years management experience including at least 2 years in high volume dining required.
Wine, liquor and service proficiency is a must.
Basic proficiency in computer skills is a must.
NYC Health Dept Certificate is a plus.
