Job Description

• Protein cleaning including chicken breast, skirt steak, etc.

• Processing 500+ lbs of protein each day

• Slicing and dicing cooked meats.

• Basic kitchen cooking skills including use of ovens, hand equipment (slicers/dicers) grills, and tilt skillets.

Qualifications for this job are

• 5am-1pm or 12pm-8pm, 5 days a week.

• Two days off.

• 2-3years of previous experience is a plus.
