What you'll do
- Trim and fabricate raw proteins (chicken breast, skirt steak, and more)
- Process 500+ lbs of protein per shift
- Slice and portion cooked meats to spec
- Operate kitchen equipment: ovens, grills, slicers, dicers, and tilt skillets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station

What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of hands-on butchery or meat fabrication experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Punctual, positive, and a team player
- Available for the full scheduled shift (no partial availability)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule
- Shift A: 5:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Shift B: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- 5 days/week · Days off: Tuesday & Wednesday
