Chez Noir is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea focused on the ingredients of the California coast. Our menu evolves daily and reflects close relationships with local fishermen, farmers, and foragers.

Our kitchen produces much of its work in-house, including fresh pasta, charcuterie, and sauces, while working with exceptional seafood, meats and seasonal produce from Monterey County and California.

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie and a Pastry Cook to join our small, focused team.

This is a demanding kitchen that values discipline, curiosity, and pride in craft. The right cooks will thrive in a fast-moving environment where details matter and learning never stops.
