We're looking for a Model Bartender who can do more than mix drinks—you'll create memorable moments that keep guests talking long after their stay. As a Model Bartender, you will expertly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment. Most importantly, you’ll set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience with your warm personality, welcoming smile, and attentive service. THE STARTING RATE: $9.50 per hour plus tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar Ring beverages that are poured or served, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork Provide apprentice bartender and bar porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service, and bartending Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order, including...
