a FULL TIME Line Cook & PART TIME Cashier

Hello!

Ok's Deli in Oakland is looking for a Line Cook & Cashier to join our team.

We aren't your average deli as we make most of our breads, meats, spreads, and pickles in house. Our menu is a blend of culturally inspired sandwiches and traditional sandwiches. We operate like a restaurant but take out only.

Line Cook

2 years of experience is required for the Line Cook position.

• We provide 35% health care coverage and 401k after 2 months.

• Part time is 2-3 days a week 9-10 hour shifts.

• Must be able to work at least one weekend.

• Shift is generally 8AM - 6PM but depends how busy service is.

• Must work well with a small close knit team.

• We have NO DISHWASHER everyone helps out.

Cashier

• 1 year of experience working in a fast pace environment as cashier.

• Shifts can be Thursday, Sunday, & Monday from 9:30AM/10:00AM - 4:00PM/4:30PM

• Pay is $18 per hour for cashier and tip sharing with the kitchen. (Generally adds $4-6 per hour)

• This is a part time position.
