WE are hire for a line cook at San Pedro downtown location. We are looking for highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team.

LINE COOK: Some of the details about the position include

Desirable qualifications and benefit include

• 2 years line cooking or other professional cooking experience

• Focused on a career in cooking and food

• Desire and demonstrated ability to learn

• A thoughtful approach to cooking and food

• Ability to be focused and precise

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• able to work under pressure and multi task in a fast-paced environment

• 6 shifts/ week, dinner only 4pm - 11pm. Tuesday throw Sunday

• Hourly wages start at $20 - $24 / hour (DOE)

Duties

• Prep and cut vegetables, meat according to chef instructions.

• Prep food and other kitchen duties as assigned by chef or manager.

• Assist with inventory count, organization and storage as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dishwashing.
