Now Hiring: Kitchen Staff (Prep Cooks & Dishwashers) – YMCA Camp Campbell

YMCA Camp Campbell is a premier year-round Summer Camp, Outdoor School and Conference Center seeking dedicated culinary professionals to join our team. We provide high-volume food service (250–300 guests per meal) and are looking for team players for the following roles:

Prep Cook

•Tasks include measuring ingredients, butchery, vegetable prep, and basic cooking (sauces, parboiling).

•Assists with simple dishes (salads/desserts) and maintains kitchen cleanliness.

•Preferred: Experience with baking or allergen-free meal preparation.

Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper

•Responsible for washing all kitchenware (handwash and machine) and proper storage.

•Maintains general kitchen cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, trash removal).

•Opportunity to assist with food prep as directed.

Schedule & Benefits

•Shifts: Primarily 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Some morning shifts available.

•Availability: Part-time and Full-time available (open 7 days/week).
