B’s Cocktails is looking for dedicated, high-energy individuals to join our team at our Long Beach location. We are a premier cocktail lounge known for our craft drinks and live music atmosphere. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to work in a fast-paced, professional environment, we want to meet you. Open Positions

• BARTENDERS: Looking for experienced mixologists with a deep knowledge of classic and modern cocktails. Must provide exceptional guest service and maintain a clean, organized bar.
• SECURITY / DOOR: Responsible for maintaining a safe environment, checking IDs, and providing a professional first impression for our guests.

HOST / BACK BAR: A dual-support role. You will manage the door/seating and assist the bar team with prep, glassware, and restocking to ensure smooth operations. Requirements

• Availability: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professionalism: Punctuality and a "team-first" attitude are non-negotiable.
• Legal: Must meet all age requirements to work in a cocktail lounge setting.
• Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume bar or lounge is a major plus.
