We’re looking for someone who

-Takes pride in keeping a clean, organized bar

-Can stay busy and jump in where needed

-Understands this is a community space, not just a bar

We serve Veterans, members, and guests, so respect, professionalism, and a good attitude matter here.

Shifts include

Monday: 3 p.m. – Close (10+)

Tuesday – Sunday: 11 a.m. – Close (10+)

Other responsibilities include filling in shifts as needed due to vacations, illness, or special events.

Requirements

Must be eligible to become a member (Legion, S.A.L., ALA – Individual Service, or Parents/Grandparents Military service)

-Previous bartending experience required

-Experience serving Veterans at an American Legion or other veteran service organization is highly desirable

Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)

-CPR / First Aid

-TIPS

-ServSafe

(ServSafe will be mandatory when hired)

Physical Requirement

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Employment Documentation

(Required)

All new hires must complete required employment verification paperwork (I-9 and W-2).

Acceptable ID includes

Driver’s license

Social Security card

U.S. passport

A copy of required ID will be kept on file.
