An exciting Italian–Japanese fusion restaurant in the heart of San Francisco is now hiring experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented back-of-house professionals. We are building a strong, professional kitchen team focused on quality, consistency, and growth.

🔪 Open Positions
- LINE COOK – Full Time
Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience
Strong foundation in Italian and Japanese cuisine
Clean, fast, and precise execution in a high-volume environment
Highly professional, punctual, and reliable
- PIZZA COOK – Full Time
At least 5 years of proven pizza-making experience
Strong skills in dough handling, oven work, and classic Italian techniques
Experience with focaccia and wood-fired ovens is a plus
Ability to perform consistently under pressure
- SUSHI COOK / JAPANESE CUISINE – Full Time
Solid experience with sushi and raw fish preparation
Strong knowledge of rice preparation, rolling, and cold line plating
Hot-kitchen Japanese experience is a plus
Must follow strict cleanliness and food safety standards
- PREP COOK / DISHWASHER – Full Time
Kitchen prep experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Must be fast, organized, and dependable
Responsible for vegetable prep, basic kitchen prep, and dishwashing
A key support role for all kitchen stations
