Who Are We? Gus’s is a full-service restaurant serving beer and wine, alongside what is arguably the best-fried chicken in the world. We do not take all we have earned lightly, and we are looking for a passionate candidate that will work to earn these accolades alongside their team, every piece, every time. Who Are We Looking For? Gus's Fried Chicken looking for servers! Gus's Fried Chicken is looking for servers! Applicant MUST be available on nights and weekends! Shifts are 9:30 to 4:30pm and 3:30pm to 11pm every day. We are a busy downtown restaurant and you will usually walk with $120 - $300 per shift. Tips are paid out nightly. You will be expected to...Take care of customers needs, ensuring excellent customer service to every guest!Organize and keep section cleanHelp run food and provide assistance to your fellow servers (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Detail cleaning of FOH equipment and areas, including bathroomsFollowing all Health code and TABC requirements No rolling silverware!
