Shift Leader – $20.63/hr

Locations: Manhasset (Long Island)

What You’ll Do

Lead shifts with a hospitality-first mindset Keep service running smoothly across the floor Jump in on any station and model strong teamwork Coach and support team members Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organization Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role Experience in fast-paced restaurant, retail, or hospitality Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain standards Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, walking, light lifting)

Team Member – $17.25/hr

Locations: Manhasset (Long Island)

What You’ll Do

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest Prep and serve fresh food with speed and accuracy Build accurate, high-quality orders Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation protocols Work closely with teammates during busy shifts

Requirements

Must be available to work at least 12 hours per week Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Comfortable standing/walking for long periods Ability to lift 5–25 lbs routinely and up to 40–50 lbs occasionally Ability to bend, reach, squat, and move between areas Manual dexterity for tools, POS systems, and cleaning tasks
