We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Omakase Server to join our intimate members-only dining experience. This role is designed for a polished professional who thrives in highly personalized service environments and understands the importance of anticipation, precision, and genuine hospitality. Our Omakase room features an exclusive 16-seat counter with two seatings per evening, along with private events and special member experiences. This position requires a strong understanding of elevated dining service, sake knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create meaningful guest connections in a refined and intimate atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide warm, polished, and attentive service throughout the guest experience Guide guests through the Omakase menu with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm Possess and continually develop knowledge of sake, Japanese cuisine, and beverage pairings Maintain a high level of awareness of guest preferences, pacing, and special requests Work closely with chefs and management to ensure seamless communication and execution Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Assist with private dining events, member experiences, and special activations Anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment Uphold the standards, discretion, and culture expected within a members-only club setting
