As a team member at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about serving others and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored. Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. Help monitor and achieve company objectives in sales, service standards, and quality. Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
