Experienced Bartender – High-Volume NYC Restaurant EXPERIENCED BARTENDERS ONLY. This open call is for bartenders with solid bar experience. If you’re just starting out, this one’s not for you—but we’d love to connect in the future.

• Looking for experienced bartenders who takes pride in the craft, understand true hospitality, and thrive as part of a team.
• This role is for someone who can deliver exceptional drinks and exceptional guest experiences—consistently, calmly, and professionally.
• What You’ll Do
• Execute classic and contemporary cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Deliver warm, polished hospitality to guests at the bar and throughout the dining room
• Work seamlessly with servers, support staff, and management during high-volume service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar at all times
• Uphold NYC service standards, safety, and responsible alcohol service
• What We’re Looking For
• Proven bartending experience in a high-volume or quality-driven restaurant or bar
• Strong product knowledge (spirits, cocktails, beer, wine and food)
• A genuine understanding that hospitality is about people, not just drinks
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to stay composed, focused, and gracious under pressure
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Turn first-timers into regulars: Engage with guests, remember their names, ask about their day, and make every visit memorable with personalized service.
• Show off your knowledge of the menu, recommend our best dishes and drinks, and offer a few surprises to keep things exciting!
• Anticipate needs like a pro: Keep an eye on your tables—refill drinks and make sure everyone is happy without being asked.

Handle surprises with grace: Got a guest with a special request or a quirky situation? You’ll turn it into an opportunity to shine and make their experience even better.
