What We’re Looking For

Experienced Professionals: Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience specifically in a high-end scratch kitchen. If your background is primarily in fast food or casual dining, this opportunity may not be the best match for your skills.

Work Ethic: We value a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drama-free environment.

Culinary Skills: Proficiency in preparing and cooking gourmet dishes, following recipes, and maintaining high health and safety standards.

Responsibilities Include

Preparing and stocking the kitchen and prep stations.

Crafting components for each menu item, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces.

Cooking dishes in collaboration with kitchen staff.

Reporting to the café manager or chef while following all guidelines.

Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation, storage areas, and ensuring compliance with health standards.

Assisting in inventory management and end-of-night cleaning.

The Doe Bay Garden supplies our café with fresh produce and flowers as part of our seed-to-table initiative.

Onsite housing opportunities are available in private cabins with shared kitchen and bath.
