Out The Road is a true neighborhood bar + restaurant looking for a bartender to join our crew! We’re known for laid-back vibes, friendly regulars, and a comfortable space to grab a drink and some food.
- We’re looking for someone with solid bartending skills, but more importantly — someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and creating a great guest experience.
About the Role
- Wednesday and Friday closing shifts (we close at 10PM!)
- Craft cocktails, beer and wine service
- Take food orders and guide guests through the menu
- Keep the bar clean, organized and efficient
- Be friendly, fast, and guest-focused
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years bartending experience (cocktail knowledge a plus)
- Weekend availability required
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail
- California ABC Responsible Beverage Training Certification
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
