Out The Road is a true neighborhood bar + restaurant looking for a bartender to join our crew! We’re known for laid-back vibes, friendly regulars, and a comfortable space to grab a drink and some food.
We’re looking for someone with solid bartending skills, but more importantly — someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and creating a great guest experience.
About the Role
Wednesday and Friday closing shifts (we close at 10PM!)
Craft cocktails, beer and wine service
Take food orders and guide guests through the menu
Keep the bar clean, organized and efficient
Be friendly, fast, and guest-focused
What We’re Looking For
-2+ years bartending experience (cocktail knowledge a plus)
-Weekend availability required
-Sense of urgency and attention to detail
-California ABC Responsible Beverage Training Certification
-Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
-Strong communication skills and reliability
