Part time Deli/Cafe/Food Grocery Market Associate needed

**The Gig:** Part-time — **$18/hour**

**Who We're Looking For:**

A reliable, customer-friendly team player who thrives in a busy neighborhood spot. You’re comfortable on the register, organized when it comes to keeping shelves stocked, ready to jump in on light food prep, and excited to learn the espresso machine. You’re not shy — you genuinely like people and can hold a friendly conversation with regulars and newcomers alike. You’re flexible with your schedule and ready to work when we need you most.

**What You’ll Do:**

• **Cashier** — Run the POS/register, take orders, handle transactions, and keep the line moving with a smile

• **Stock** — Receive deliveries, stock shelves and coolers, rotate inventory, and keep the backroom and floor organized

• **Light Food Prep** — Prep ingredients, assemble orders, and keep grab-and-go and deli items fresh and ready

• **Coffee & Espresso** — Make coffee drinks on our espresso machine and keep regulars coming back

• **Close out strong** — End-of-day restocking, cleanup, and prep for the next shift

**Must-Haves:**

• Cashier / POS experience

• Inventory stocking experience

• **Flexible schedule — willing to work mornings, weekends, and occasional closes**

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (SSN required)

• Team player energy in a fast-paced environment

• Outgoing personality — you can’t be shy with our customers

**Bonus Points:**

• Coffee / espresso experience (but we’ll train you if you don’t)

• Brooklyn local — you know the neighborhood
