Pizza Cook (part-time DINNER SHIFTS)

Pazzo is located at 1179 Laurel Street in San Carlos, CA. We specialize in wood fired east coast style pizza and fresh handmade pastas and small plates. We are a small crew that works as a team and remains a consistent neighborhood favorite.

Looking for a part-time pizza maker that has experience with wood fired pizza ovens and can handle a fast-paced busy environment. We are only open for dinners TUESDAY thru SATURDAY 4pm-9pm. Must be able to arrive at 3:30pm to begin opening prep.

Job duties include

-cooking pizzas in a wood fired oven

-prepping pizza/ ingredients

-organizing and completing necessary side work

-maintaining a clean and sanitary work station
