Picco Seeking Host

Seeking an upbeat, outgoing and positive person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who understands the importance of a positive guest experience to join our team.

Our host staff must be able to connect with our guests to make them feel welcome and well taken care of as we strive to create a memorable dining experience.

Must have at least one year in restaurant experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

-Welcoming guests to the restaurant

-Manage reservations within the RESY System

-Provide accurate wait times and monitor the wait list

-Coordinate with the management team about available seating options

-Escort guests to assigned seating areas

-Greet customers upon their departure

-Maintain a clean reception area

-Answer incoming calls for take-out orders and over the phone reservations

-Coordinates large party reservations, private dining requests, or special circumstances with management

-Assist front of house staff and management team as needed

PAY SCALE: Hourly Non-Exempt from $16.90-$20.00 plus tips depending on experience.
