Pizza Bear is a neighborhood pizza shop focused on sourdough pies, soft serve, and a tight menu of beer and wine. We care about quality, simplicity, and creating a place people want to return to regularly.

We’re currently hiring for the following positions

Pizza Maker (Sourdough Pizza)

Line Cook

Counter Staff / Guest Experience

We’re looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you’re working the line or the front counter, we value professionalism, consistency, good communication, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities May Include

Preparing and executing food with consistency and care

Stretching, topping, and firing pizzas

Food prep and station organization

Taking guest orders and providing menu recommendations

Running smooth and efficient service during busy shifts

Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Supporting both kitchen and front-of-house operations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in restaurants, pizza, line cooking, or hospitality preferred

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Positive attitude and team mindset

Ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure

Interest in quality ingredients and hospitality
