Pizza Maker/ Line Cook part time Friday- Saturday

Lola's Pizza/ Kahala Koa Tiki Bar (Arlington Heights)

We are looking for Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen

MUST POSSESS OR BE WILLING TO GET A FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATE

Must be able to multi-task, prepare multiple orders at the same time efficiently and completely.

Must work well with a team

The Hours we are currently looking for are Friday and Saturday 4:30pm - 11:00pm (Close)

Main Duties

Preparing pizzas

Watching pizza oven/ cooking pizzas

Cutting pizzas

Duties may include Prep Work

-sauces

-chopping vegetables

-shredding cheese

-stocking all goods needed for service

-ect

Assisting with other Menu items when pizza line is not busy

-- Candidates must be able to follow directions, and execute menu items according to instructions given

-Maintaining a clean work area

-Will be expected to assist other workers or clean when not busy

-Experience working with pizzas, flattops, fryers is a plus.

Compensation: Kitchen members $20

Kitchen is fairly small it is expected that all members work together.

Hours are not set in stone and may change at SOME POINT BUT This is NOT a full time position.
