Job Description

We are looking for an experienced pizza maker at a high-quality, New York Style pizzeria in East Boca Raton. Hand-stretched New York pies. You need to be Consistent, have Speed, and have Craftsmanship. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone who understands how to operate a busy pizza station and can perform under pressure while maintaining top quality.

Requirements

Must Speak Perfect English

Minimum 1 year experience as a pizza maker

Experience with hand-stretched New York–style dough

Ability to manage and run a pizza station during high-volume service

Knowledge of proper dough handling, stretching, topping, and oven management

Strong sense of urgency and organization

Team player with a positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

Stretch and prepare New York–style pizzas to size

Manage oven timing and quality control

Maintain a clean and organized pizza station

Work efficiently during peak hours

Ensure consistency in every pie served

Clean up pizza station
