Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, restroom, and storage areas
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Remove trash and recycling throughout shifts
Support opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties
Follow all sanitation and safety standards
Requirements
Restaurant porter/dishwasher/janitorial experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a Fast-Paced environment
Weekend and evening availability required
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
