Looking for a friendly, customer and team focused Bartender/Server for PM shifts at Marination Columbia City, 4pm to 9:30-10pm. Along with a full cocktail bar, the menu at Marination focuses on complementing Asian and Pacific tastes and flavors. Requirements and Responsibilities
- At least 2-3 years successful (and recent) bar tending experience in a similar environment - 15-20 seats bar inside and patio seating in a family friendly, neighborhood setting.
Must be able to quickly learn Marination's menu and specialty drinks. Have complete and comprehensive knowledge of bar related equipment and supplies. Be able to stand for the duration of the shifts. Lift/carry kegs and other bar related equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Must be friendly, energetic, professional and honor your shift commitments; must be willing to support colleagues and serve guests in a professional, respectful manner.
- The ideal candidate will have the attitude and demeanor that promotes a memorable experience and repeat business.
- Deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving customers in a respectful, friendly manner.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
- Suggest additional beverage or menu items to customers, as appropriate.
- Complete financial transactions correctly with customers as well as shift closing tasks
- Support other areas of the restaurant as requested in order to maintain the integrity of the restaurant.
