Sushi Chef

-At least two years experience in a Sushi Chef position at a Japanese or sushi style restaurant

-Experience with fish butchery

-Excellent knife skills

-Ability to serve guests at the sushi bar

-Strong desire to work well with others and excel on a team

-This is a highly tipped position!
