Sandwich Prep Line Cook

Oink & Oscar is hiring a sandwich prep cook. 25-35 hours per week. ENGLISH REQUIRED.

We need someone who can learn quickly and train and excel on each station without hand-holding.

You must understand

• Proper knife skills and efficient flow

• Food safety, labeling, rotation, and temperature control

• Cleaning as you go and maintaining an organized station

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has real cooking experience (4+ years preferred)

• Can work independently and move with urgency

• Understands that mise en place is non-negotiable

• Takes pride in craft, not just clocking hours

• Shows up on time, every time

• Wants to improve

Culinary school is not required. Competence is.
