We're a farm-to-table restaurant rooted in the seasons and in our community. We're looking for a skilled, enthusiastic line cook starting on garde manger — two consistent shifts (Saturday & Sunday, starting at 2:30 PM) with real room to grow.

This role is a great fit for a culinary student, a seasoned cook looking for a reliable second position, or anyone who wants to be part of a kitchen that takes food seriously and treats its people well.

What You'll Do

Execute garde manger dishes to recipe and quality standards

Own your station — stocked, organized, and clean at all times

Show up with a sense of urgency, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

1+ year of restaurant kitchen experience

Genuine passion for food and seasonal ingredients

Reliable, punctual, and communicative

Food handler certification

A team player with a strong work ethic
