Bartender

SAUCED Nashville is looking for experienced bartenders with a strong foundation in wine and a genuine interest in natural and low intervention producers. This is a wine centered position in a space where education, conversation, and guest connection are essential. The ideal candidate is confident talking about wine, comfortable leading guests through our selections, and able to maintain a calm and professional presence behind a small, busy bar. Qualifications

• Meaningful bartending experience in a wine forward environment
• Strong wine knowledge with the ability to speak about regions, styles, and producers
• Familiarity with natural and low intervention winemaking or a genuine desire to learn at a high level
• Confidence in guiding guests based on taste, preference, and profile
• Excellent communication skills and a steady, guest focused demeanor
• Ability to maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and flow throughout service
• Professional reliability and comfort working in a tight, collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful and informed wine service, including recommending, presenting, and discussing wines and food
• Engage guests with a warm, knowledgeable approach that supports both education and hospitality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar setup
• Support daily operations, perform and learn inventory and collaborate closely with the team to ensure a smooth service
• Uphold the SAUCED standard of hospitality, which prioritizes care, attention, and respect for the product and the guest
