Sekoya is Seeking an Experienced Bar Manager

• Sekoya Lounge + Kitchen is now hiring a Bar Manager to join our team.

We require a minimum of 5 years of bartending experience, with at least 2 years as a bar manager (or equivalent) as well as an extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and food. The ideal candidate should be team-centered, creative, passionate, detail oriented, and a strong leader. Role Overview: Core Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a cocktail program rooted in seasonal, locally driven ingredients
• Thrives in service and leads from behind the bar, with active bartending shifts
• Uphold and lead service standards with consistency and attention to detail
• Oversee scheduling for Bar Team and daily floor execution
• Manage inventory and cultivate strong relationships with vendors, with an emphasis on showcasing global products
• Lead training and ongoing development of the bar team
• Foster a collaborative, team-first environment and support all staff
• Deliver genuine hospitality while elevating the overall guest experience
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritization, and problem-solving ability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
• The pay range for the Bar Manager position is based on a competitive hourly rate, plus tips -- which can range from a total of $90,000 - $100,000 per year.

We are open for dinner six nights a week - Monday through Saturday. All tips are paid out, in cash, after every shift.
