THE JOB: As the Senior Bar Manager for The Corner Store, you will set and shape a distinctive, upscale vibe—driving a culture of hospitality, connection, and excellence for both guests and team members. The Senior Bar Manager leads with style and intention, bringing direction and energy to the Beverage team in a way that reflects the MGM brand. They guide the Beverage Staff to hit both operational and financial goals for the venue. From curating exceptional guest experiences to building high-performing teams, they stay hands-on—monitoring performance, owning scheduling and development, and ensuring every detail of the space aligns with MGM Resorts’ elevated service standards.
