Server/Bartender (flex)

We are a modern Korean gastropub in the heart of NoMad, serving shareable plates, craft cocktails, and good vibes. We’re known for our warm hospitality, lively atmosphere, and creative take on Korean flavors with a New York twist. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Host to be the first face our guests see when they walk through our doors.

This position is for a server (priority) with some shifts as a bartender if needed.

What You’ll Do

Greeting guests upon arrival.

Guide guests through the food and beverage menu with accuracy.

Execute a structured service flow and maintain strong pacing across your section.

Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth.

Stay proactive: pre-bussing, table maintenance, anticipating guest needs.

Handle POS, checks, payments, and guest requests professionally and efficiently.

Work as part of a tight FOH team focused on standards, speed, and hospitality.

Bar prep, setup, and breakdown.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Quick and efficient beverage service, both at the bar and the service bar.

Serving and bussing food for bar seats.

Upselling food pairings and cocktails.

Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage offerings.

Monitor liquor, mixer, and garnish levels for ordering purposes.

What We’re Looking For

Korean food knowledge preferred.

Previous server and bartending experience required.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.

Strong communications/customer service skills and a desire to provide first class hospitality.

Knowledge of safe and responsible alcohol service.

Must be able and comfortable with handling cash, both in guest transactions and opening/closing the drawer.

Working knowledge of POS systems.

Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Take and manage drink orders accurately and efficiently.

Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
