Los Gatos Soda Works is looking to add motivated, hospitality-driven team members to our growing staff.

Current Positions Available

Bartenders

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

We are looking for experienced bartenders with strong cocktail knowledge, speed, multitasking ability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities include

Craft cocktail preparation

Guest engagement and hospitality

Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar

Handling high-volume service with urgency and professionalism

Working closely with barbacks, servers, and management to maintain service standards

Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and high-volume workflow is required.

Servers

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

We are seeking experienced servers who understand hospitality, timing, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include

Providing attentive and knowledgeable guest service

Guiding guests through food and beverage menus

Maintaining section organization and table maintenance

Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Supporting overall team service standards

Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Food Runner / Busser

Experience Preferred

This is a fast-paced support position that plays a major role in maintaining smooth service flow throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities include

Running food accurately and efficiently

Assisting with table maintenance and resetting

Supporting servers and bartenders during service

Maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant

Helping create a positive guest experience through urgency and teamwork

This position requires strong awareness, speed, and a positive attitude.

Dishwasher

Experience Preferred

We are looking for dependable individuals who understand the importance of organization, cleanliness, and consistency in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include

Washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Assisting with kitchen organization and closing duties

Supporting kitchen operations during high-volume service

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to keep pace during busy shifts.
