Server / Bartender Tribeca

Seeking a polished, energetic Server/Bartender to join our team in the heart of downtown Manhattan. We are a Moroccan-inspired restaurant known for vibrant flavors, warm hospitality, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation dining environment. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while confidently guiding guests through our menu and beverage offerings. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience
• Guide guests through our Moroccan and Mediterranean-inspired menu with confidence and enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and attention to detail
• Make thoughtful recommendations and pairings to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room and bar area
• Handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism
• Process payments accurately
• Support opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and restocking
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, seamless service

Qualifications

• Prior NYC serving or bartending experience preferred
• Strong hospitality mindset and professional presence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stay composed and efficient in a high-volume environment
• Interest in global cuisine and willingness to learn Moroccan flavors and traditions
• Availability for nights and weekends is required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• NYC Food Protection Certificate and/or alcohol service certification is a plus
