Server/Cashier

Macho Burgers is a neighborhood restaurant and beer bar in clearview Snohomish. We’re a team committed to delivering a warm guest and employee experience. We’re open Tuesday through Sunday. The concept includes gourmet burgers, sandwiches, salads, milkshakes and thoughtful no/low alcohol beverages. Beer and wine. We are looking for a server/cashier and/or bartender interested in a hybrid role. Service is integrated so that everyone has an opportunity to learn and grow, and we all pitch in when and where needed. We are looking for someone with strong floor skills, who is organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player. Responsibilities Make guests feel welcome Take food and drink orders Recommend and upsell make milkshakes to order Maintain a clean dining room Execute with an attention to detail Set up and break down stations quickly Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene Qualifications Experience as a server, bartending preferred but we can trained the right candidate.
