Hog Island Oyster Co. in Marshall is seeking experienced customer service stars to join our team for our busiest season. This is a high-volume location where strong teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude are key to success.
Our Marshall site consistently sees high guest traffic, which contributes to a robust, shared tip pool. Earnings will vary based on hours worked, shifts, and business levels; however, team members in this location have the opportunity to earn strong tip income due to consistent volume.

The Server provides warm, knowledgeable service to guests while supporting the overall flow of the restaurant. Because this location operates under a shared tip pool model, team members work collaboratively across front-of-house positions and may assist with hosting, guest greeting, seating, and service responsibilities as needed.
What we require
- Must be able to work Saturday - Sunday AM and PM shifts;
- Must have at least 1 year service experience
- Familiar with wine knowledge a plus
- Great communication skills
- Teamwork
- Getting the job done with minimal direction
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent customer service even when the pressure is on
- A passion for learning and talking about food, beer, and wine
- A willingness to learn and grow
- The physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds
- Responsible Beverage Service certification (within 60 days of hire)
