Established Midtown East restaurant seeking an experienced server to join the team. Classic American menu, beautiful room, loyal regulars. Bartending experience a strong plus, opportunity to cross-train and pick up bar shifts for the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service in the dining room and at the bar
• Guide guests through the food, cocktail, and wine menus with confidence
• Run a clean section: timing, accuracy, attentiveness from greet to check
• Coordinate with bartenders, runners, and the kitchen to keep service tight
• Maintain station cleanliness, side work, and opening/closing duties
• Build genuine rapport with regulars and first-time guests alike

Requirements

• 2+ years serving in NYC, preferably in a steakhouse, brasserie, hotel restaurant, or fine-dining setting
• Strong working knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment, organized, fast, composed
• Polished, professional presence and the ability to handle any guest with grace
• Energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Sharp memory and a personality that elevates the room
